Finally!  Ever since my hubby got me the D60 for Christmas last year I've been eyeing this lens.  The camera body I got only came with the 18-55mm VR lens so I went out and bought the 55-200mm VR lens.  These two lenses are only half the price of the 18-200mm VR lens!  I wasn't itching for it that badly, but periodically looked at it online.  Until...  I had a BBQ and my hubby's friends came over and one of them had this lens.  It was the first time I had touched it, used it and saw how amazing it was...  It was all over from there...  I posted my two lenses on Craigs List and got a pretty good return for them and ordered this new lens immediately! 

I ordered it on a Friday, paid extra for shipping (which I rarely ever do!) and had it in my hands on Monday.  It definitely adds more weight than I'm used to, but it's all worth it.  To have such a range in one lens is terrific.  I regret not purchasing it sooner since Nikon has raised it's prices across the board.  This would have also avoided me lugging around both lenses throughout our Hawaii trip a few months back.  Nonetheless, I have a weekend getaway coming up where I can break in this new lens...  NYC, Camden Yards, Maryland Blue Crabs here I come!
