Cabin Fever
So it is now day four of home confinement... I dunno how people stay home like this on a regular basis. I feel like I'm losing my mind! I haven't stepped one foot out of the house since the procedure. Hubby won't even let me walk the dogs right in front of our window! I have looked longingly out the window like a crazy woman several times...
My soreness has subsided and the cramping is only occasional now... I think tomorrow I might venture out! That is if Freddie lets me... He's been like a prison guard! =( I know it's all for the well being of my health and the baby, but sometimes it feels a little over the top. But I have to say he's been taking good care of me. Making me my meals, bringing me snacks, water, turning on movies for me, etc...
Yesterday was Christmas and we both were so bored... We made cookies yesterday cuz I absolutely could not physically lie down anymore and I even helped make dinner - more like instructed him on what to do while I sat and watched. Monster Kwan musta liked dinner cuz I felt him move for the first time since the procedure. I was so relieved... I hadn't felt him for 3 days and was getting worried deep down even though I said nothing to hubby about it... The amount of food I've consumed the past three days is ridiculous. I seriously think my belly has grown at least an inch just from the past three days... I've already "outgrown" hubby's sweats and we went digging in his closet for a bigger pair from when he was heavier... I think it may be time to go buy some maternity sweat pants... Those secret fit belly pants are the absolute best!!!
