Kimchee Bokkum Bap

Essentially this is Kimchee Fried Rice and is one of the simplest and quickly prepared meals of all time.  It is best when you have some leftover rice, in the midst of a hunger attack and only have 15 minutes before you pass out...  I scrambled two eggs first and put them aside.  Then I threw the kimchee and some minced garlic into a wok and began heating it up...  It is best to use seriously fermented kimchee.  The kind you no longer want to eat as banchan...  I threw in some samgyupsal (pork belly) and cooked it with the kimchee so all of the kimchee juices would get absorbed into the pork. Once the pork was all cooked I threw in the leftover rice, the cooked eggs, as well as some extra kimchee juice I had left from my kimchee container.  Then I added sesame oil on the rice and a heaping spoon of gochujang ( Korean hot pepper paste).  I mixed everything for a good 5 - 10 minutes and here is the result:
