So we're almost at the 3 month mark!!!  I can't believe we've made it this far!  Keoni has been chugging along weekly and somehow I've survived thus far.  This week he was a bit more fussy here and there, but I made it through!  He is definitely getting more curious and is awake longer periods of time.  Staying home trying to soothe him has become very challenging.  I usually end up putting him in the car seat and heading out.  The car ride and then pushing him in his stroller usually calms him down and eventually he'll pass out.  This unfortunately leads me to go shopping practically everyday!  I need to learn how to resist, but it's so hard when you're there looking around to kill time. 

So a funny thing happened yesterday...  I was changing Keoni's diaper and once again, he began urinating during the change.  However this time the urine was shooting out like a spout and got him right on his face and some even got into his mouth!  It was actually gross, but cute.  He was screaming for a while afterward.  I'm sure it didn't taste good!  Since I couldn't rinse his mouth out or give him gum, I gave him a couple of ounces of milk to get the taste out of his mouth and then he was much happier...

He is also now beginning to gain substantial strength in his neck to support his head.  It still bobbles a bit, but overall he's keeping his head up!  I'm hoping he gets total control soon so I don't have to be so careful with his neck when I pick him up!
